When Sofía arrived at the shelter, she hadn't slept in a real bed in seven months. She didn't speak for the first three days.
Today she's in her second year of nursing school. She has her own room, her own schedule, and a plan. She asked us to share her story. She said: “If one person gives because of me, it was worth it.”
